Delivery
Door and cabinet orders over £100.00 ex vat are delivered free of charge. Orders less than £100.00 ex vat cost £25.00 + Vat.
- Standard size stock doors are delivered within 2-3 working days
- Made to measure doors 10-12 working days
- Any doors with Special paint colours and finish 15 working days
- All Cabinets are made to order 10-15 working days
- Goods will be despatched only after funds have been cleared
- We will need your contact number for delivery purposes
Returns
All goods should be checked on arrival for any damage and reported to the delivery driver, some photographic evidence would also be helpful. Goods found to be damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as possible.
If you wish to return standard size stock doors the cost of the return is the customers responsibility and there is a re-stocking charge of 25%. Any doors made to measure or with special paint colours and finishes cannot be retuned unless they have been damaged in transit.
Cabinets are made to order and unless damaged in transit cannot be returned.
